• Conduct Process “Kick-off Meetings” with stakeholders to freeze process with its various options & Advantage / Disadvantage.
• Prepare “Project charter sheet” & initial “Budgetary” for Management Approval.
• Candidate shall be able to handle multiple projects at a time & should be able to mentor/support junior teammates.
• Active Participation in “Plant Layout” Freezing Related discussion, Discussion over various options of Layout by considering various pros and cons of Layout including Legal Compliance.
• Candidate shall prepare “Process Flow Diagram” (PFD) with Material Balance detail and Stream Flag Details.
• Candidate shall prepare efficient “Piping and Instrument Diagram” (P&ID), “Interlock Sheets / Cause & Effect” “Logic sheets” “Line List” “Transfer Switch” which belongs to Semi-Continuous Process.
• Candidate shall prepare “Specification Sheets” of technical specification for Reactors, Heat Exchanger, Pumps, Valves, Cooling Tower, TFH, Boiler, Tanks, Instruments, Dryers, Filters, Vacuum system, Minor fittings etc.
• Candidate shall have detail knowledge of PHA Studies like “Hazard and Operability studies” (HAZOP), JSA, LOPA etc.
• Engineering calculation expertise with Reference to Engineering Book which comprises of “Reactor Design with Thickness and Critical RPM” “HE Required Surface Area” “Pressure Drop” “Line Size Calculations” “PSV & RD Size” “Pump and Motor Selection” and Process Calculation like “Material and Energy Balance etc.
• Review Drawing of Reactors, Heat Exchanger, Pumps, Valves, Cooling Tower, Instruments, Minor fittings etc. to give Early-stage clearance.
• Co-ordinate with Various Vendors to provide Engineering material on time to maintain date of Gantt charts.
• Co-ordinate with Various Departments like, Instrument, Electrical, Operation/Production, Safety & Civil to align project activities.
• Candidate shall have knowledge of Engineering codes & standards.
• Legal & Statutory compliance fulfillment at various stage of projects.
• Project proposal preparation with Business case & in-line with corporate guidelines.
• Sustainability study of projects with respect to market demand & Profitability analysis.
• Engaging direct & Indirect stakeholders at different level of project to achieve requirements.
• Quarterly project report updates with project status to key member of team.
• Candidate should have expertise to follow EHS standards to deliver project with all safety aspects.
• Candidate is responsible for Budget & WBS preparation, Tracking & Monitoring & Control.
• Candidate should enable to foresee project Risk & Interruption with mitigation plan for smooth project commencement.
• Execute specific studies about plant performance, production capacity utilization, and the effectiveness of process improvement projects. Contribute to erection, Commissioning, and Trial of new system.
• Knowledge of various unit operations like Spray drying, multi effect evaporation, batch distillation, filtration, and reverse osmosis.
• Familiar with powder handling unit and should have knowledge of fire and dust explosion preventive/corrective measures including properties like combustion class, MIE, MIT, decomposition class
  

• Construction, Projects Installation and Commissioning activities for new Chemicals/ Formulation Unit
• Good awareness on Engineering Fundamentals and capable for reading and interpreting Engineering Documents
