THE TEAM

Zuora’s procurement team is involved in compliant acquisition of goods and services for our business. As trusted partners, we support Zuora’s business in an efficient and responsive manner while minimizing risk, following processes, and securing savings. We help our business partners in negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements, supporting vendor risk assessment and legal review processes, and implementing policy and process improvements.

YOUR MISSION:

This role will support business partners and procurement leadership by executing all steps of the procurement operations process, including working with requisitions, purchase orders, electronic signatures, intake forms, and the procure-to-pay system (Coupa).

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is a perfect fit for those trailblazing individuals who are not afraid to design and own a process, implement change, and make a significant impact on day to day operations of the procurement department. This role will execute all procurement operations tasks efficiently and with attention to detail, such as requisition and purchase order processing and new intake triage, data quality checking, and electronic signatures.

Process ownership: follow process guidelines; suggest process improvements and work with broader team on new procurement process initiatives.

In the spirit of customer service, provide end-to-end business partner support, provide procurement process guidance, provide updates on active projects, handling escalations as appropriate.

Working hours for this role must cover the US Eastern Standard Time zone.

TECHNOLOGY:

This role requires demonstrated fluency in Coupa source-to-pay system; exposure to Netsuite is beneficial.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE

• Provide end-to-end procurement process support to business partners; be a valued partner to business in execution of new contracts and renewals
• Process new requisitions in Coupa efficiently and with attention to detail, while minimizing data errors
• Participate in procurement process improvement initiatives
• From operational perspective, receive exposure to and support all procurement categories of indirect spend, such as SaaS, marketing, facilities, services

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in procurement operations, as part of P2P team, or similar
• Knowledge of Coupa highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in executing all steps of the procurement (P2P) process
