As a leader in key products we manufacture, we take pride in being a partner of choice for our valued customersRole SummaryThe link between business and Data Science teams,Translator owns use case lifecycle.“Translate” businessneeds into advanced analytics (AA) language and outcomes of AA into business implications.ResponsibilitiesSupport analytics design decisions by taking relevant inputs from business team and defining clear plan for analytics team; supports analytics teams to validate assumptions, extract relevant insights and interpret models and outputs Leads communication of analytics outputs with executives;acts as bridge between management & analytics specialists; Shares insights with business stakeholders and collects inputs to verify and iterate analytics results. Guides analytics team to develop right visualizations for presenting results. Work closely with the use case champion to guide in terms of timelines, processes, workforce.Define the pilot design including: baseline & value capture methodology. Responsible for defining the operational & financial metrics for tracking the impact. Responsible for signoffs on impact.Key SkillsExp- 8-10 years .Qualification-BE(Chemical)Manufacturing sector experience needed.Project management experience, especially in managing multi-functional teams within the organization. Strong willingness to learn new skills, Strong communicator, with experience in working with senior management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong desire to work in crossfunctional teams.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence others.
