We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Global Liquidity and Cash Management team.

Job Introduction

This job is in the Product Management vertical within Global Liquidity and Cash Management. With support from various internal teams, the incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, project delivery, commercialization and ongoing revenue management.

Principal Responsibilities

The role holder will be required to manage the following key responsibilities:
  • Core product management for payment products with a specific focus on new-age propositions like UPI, IMPS and NACH
  • Close engagement with NPCI on an ongoing basis and ensure regulatory directions are complied with in a timely manner by mobilizing support from internal stakeholders
  • Risk management associated with the payment propositions in the remit
  • Pre Sales engagement on payment products
  • Interface with Operations and the IT teams in India on implementation and execution of key projects
  • Initiatives to improve existing payment processes through automation
  • Innovation and out-of-box ideas to improve customer onboarding journey and experience
  • Revenue tracking and management for payment propositions in remit
  • Driving fee initiatives and commercialization of products
  • Professional qualification i.e. Post Graduate / CA / MBA / CFA
  • Effective Communication and Presentation skills (both oral and written)
  • Comfortable with people engagement. Can build rapport quickly with client facing teams, internal stakeholders and external parties including regulators
  • Planning & Time Management
  • Negotiation skills, Analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of country’s clearing and settlement infrastructure
  • Knowledge of new-age payment propositions like UPI, IMPS, NACH
  • Market knowledge of global and in country treasury management practices (preferred)
  • Excellent networking and relationship management skills
