Your Responsibility for Our Leading Products:
As a Marketing/Product Specialist at Meril, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and promoting our groundbreaking medical devices. You will be responsible for the following products in our Energy portfolio:
- Stapling Devices
- Laser System
- Hernia Solutions
excellence for the Organization stapling devices across the assigned region.
Reporting to theSenior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the local sales team, zonal manager, and regional sales managers to achieve sales targets, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen the
products market presence.
Your Role at Meril:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with national goals and regional nuances.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Coordinate with local sales teams, zonal managers, and regional sales managers to gather insights on product trends, customer preferences, and market demands
- Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs, feedback, and usage experiences, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Advocate for the product among customers, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
- Encourage customers to evaluate the product and provide feedback, contributing to product enhancement and refinement.
- Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies, ensuring a unified approach.
- Address and manage product-related complaints, working closely with the quality assurance team to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure customers concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Participate in product launch activities, providing insights and strategies for successful launches.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to showcase regional marketing achievements and challenges.
- Lead and manage a team of assistants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and success.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful regional marketing strategies for similar product portfolio in MedTech organisation.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, especially in the medical devices segment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance.
- Leadership skills to manage a team of assistants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving abilities to address product-related concerns and find effective solutions.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software for campaign management and performance tracking.
