Roles & Responsibilities

Overall Responsible for Production activities, Testing and PPC.
To ensure Defect Free outgoing product from Assembly Line after proper testing.
Co-ordination with Tractor final assembly, PPC, Materials, Quality Assurance and Maintenance Departments to achieve daily Organisational Goals.
To ensure smooth flow of Production at Assembly Line by Manpower planning.
Look after Capacity Planning and Productivity Improvement at Assembly Line.
Planning for Production of New Models on existing Assembly Line and Inventory control.
Knowledge of Poka Yoke, 5s, Zero defect, PPAP, TPM, TQM and Capex Planning for Assembly Line.
Material planning and co-ordination with SCM Department.
To ensure proper Inspection of Incoming Material, Process Quality of product and Improvements at the Vendor end to ensure defect free Incoming Material.
Analysis of Rejection & Defects and find root cause for corrective and preventive actions.
