Job description:Ability to develop solutions for industrial problems using mechanical and electronic processes and computer technology in effective customized PU/PIR Foam dispensing m/c for wider variety of PU application, our customer ba se is wide, with a strong focus on automotive, furniture, PU rigid panel, FRP-panels, cold storage panels, cold rooms, portable cabin, insulated cabin, roofing PU panels, modular offices, security cabins, PU pipe sections, PU pipe support, PU slabs, vehicle panels, Hotel cold rooms & chemicals.

Function:We expect you to make sure that the production site is following the defined planning and that the quality of production is assured. To balance the production requirements with manufacturing and assembly capacity and material procurement lead times and provide the Production Engineering requirements for the division to enable efficient utilization of the machine tools in order to maintain cost-effective products to meet the requirement of the Company.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all day-to-day production activities for 6 days/week operation
• Examine the production process; plan a production schedule
• Monitor, understand, and ensure Quality Control standards of equipment
• Optimization of yield, review of the batch record, and active participation for cost-saving quality products
• Monitor and maintain all parameters per SOPs and ensure strict compliance with GMP and safety norms
• Ensuring that all forms, formats, and records are maintained daily
• Setting up production targets and achieving the same within time and cost parameters
• Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid them same
• Implement production improvement and cost reduction programs
• Co ordinate with PPC & stores to ensure the material availability as per plan in conveyor
• Devise and maintain production reports and Ensure safety in all operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5-9 years in a manufacturing environment in Mechatronics engineers specialize in both electrical engineering and mechanics and can work in a variety of jobs across multiple disciplines, or other engineering operations
• Experience in managing a production facility
• Bachelor s degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, processes, or a related field
• Have excellent teamwork and management skills
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Possess vital planning, time management, and critical thinking skills
• Able to work in a highly collaborative manner with other members to achieve company goals
• Know industrial equipment and raw materials
• Ability to lead and motivate Junior staff and workforce

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
