We have an opening for HR recruiter position in SAHANA INFORMATION at Banashankari 3rd stage, Bangalore.

qualification any Engineering graduation with 2 + years of experience in manufacturing industry in production or quality or design or product development or vendor development or PPC OR purchase

Key Responsibilities:

v Sourcing and screening candidates through creative sourcing techniques which include Job portals, internal databases, referral generation, own network of contacts.

v End to End Recruitment.

v Creating Pipeline of candidates.

v Preliminary Screening.

v Analyze the client’s requirements.

v Pre‐Screen the Resumes and Send relevant profiles to client for their perusal for candidate’s interview

v Calling the candidates & scheduling them for interviews.

v Coordinating with clients and candidates regarding the interview schedule.

v Maintaining database and candidate records.

v Work on deadlines to complete the vacancies.

v Taking appointments and personally meeting the clients.

v Maintaining relationships with the clients.

v Keeping track of each candidate till departure.

v Planning and strategizing for all the recruitments within defined time frames
