  • Project Role Description :Support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.

    • Key Responsibilities :Execute rollon/rolloff process Recons DL, MSPS, premises access, VDI, WBS, MyWizzard, CDP, MD Tool, Ariba, people data roster validation, Roro WBS recon Ad-hoc validation Execute full invoicing cycle, execute time expense reconMSP/MYTE/Jira inclding individual comms Validate digital documentation invoices, Invoice Tracker on SharePoint etc Reporting to stakeholders, SLA tracking Project Tracker data update validation, AD reporting, Incl defining reporting metrics

    • Technical Experience :
      e- 5 yrs of exp as PCS/PMO b- Knowledge of Invoicing Cycle, My Wizard c- Knowledge of time expense reconciliation d- Knowledge of SharePoint, VDI, MS Teams, My Wizard e- Knowledge of MS Office, MSPS

    • Professional Attributes :
      a- Excellent analytical skills b- Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple priorities and tasks on an as-needed basis c- Excellent communication skills d- Strong sense of ownership

    • Educational Qualification :
      Should be completed 15 years full time education

    • Additional Information :
      Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
