Job Responsibilities

Reviewing the Tender Drawing (Drawing of SD Stage, DD Stage and Issue of GFC of Drawing)

Reviewing of MEP design brief reports (DBR) and technical details received from consultant

Review of Drawing Register and provide important input in finalizing

Upload DBR, Tender Drawing, Quantity BOQ, checklist in BIM 360 Document management Software

DB Schedule Preparation

Reviewing of Electrical Load Calculation

Coordination with architecture, structure contractor teams for drawing related issues

Planning, Site Execution, Testing Commissioning of MEP Services

BMS room system installation FTTH installation

BOQ AnalysisMaterial reconciliation

Making Inventory ChecklistChecking as Built Drawing

Providing important inputs in finalizing MEP Vendor

Tracking the project status on regular basis

Responsible for handing over the MEP Services to the Facility Team
