工作内容

1. Exposure in Residential and High Rise Projects.

2. Good knowledge in Construction.

3. Team Handling and Labour handling.

4. Capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.

5. Should have knowledge of purchase and Procurement of Material

6. Should have knowledge of co-ordination with the architect, structural engineer.

7. Should have knowledge about Building Working plans

8. Knowledge of BOQ and supervision of projects

9. Prepare and Process Requisitions and preparation of Purchase Order & Work Order & Purchase Policy.

10. Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.

11. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers.

12. Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labour schedule.

13. To monitor Quality and Quantity control of work done at site.

14. Good in site execution.

15. Good exposure in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.

16. Excellent Time Management Skills.

17. Knowledge of AutoCAD software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Male candidate

2. Thorough knowledge of Advanced Excel and MS office i.e word, excel etc.

3. Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in real estate.

4. Age – 30 to 40 years.

5. Minimum BCOM Graduate or Diploma in Civil.

6. Driving skill of 2-wheeler mandatory

7. Salary- 18K to 20K

8. Staying at a distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Sector 5, salt lake.
