Job Description


Role Purpose

To enhance organizational performance by implementing infrastructure projects with speed and precision

Background

It is a leading manufacturer of process equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

It is in a high growth phase and will continue to expand its plant operations over the years to come. To bring home the growth, we need a Project Manager who can lead the expansion of manufacturing shop floors or build new plants.

Reports To

Head Operational Excellence/Head Operations

Deliverables

  • You will be responsible for successful execution of all phases of a project—from initiating, designing, planning, controlling, executing, monitoring, and closing

Non-negotiable Skills

  • Must have worked as a Project Manager for more than 10 years
  • Must be able to understand detailed drawings of projects
  • Must have experience with Construction Site Management
  • Must be thorough with Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing aspects of the project
  • Must be thorough with Interior fit-out projects
  • Must have thorough understanding of Project Management principles

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Design Software
  • Experience with Project Management Software

Civil or Mechanical Engineering
