We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager

Principal responsibilities

• Functioning as a chief of staff and delivery manager for the head of Global Debt Markets Technology
• Responsible for coordinating global delivery of multiple programs across the Global Debt Markets portfolio of regulatory and business change programs and the fixed income pricing and risk functional organisation.
• Working closely with the department head, program leads, business managers and product owners to lead governance, planning and budgeting across the portfolio.
• Selling the success story of the department, such as coordinating town halls, demos, and both business and technology sharing sessions across the department.
• This is a great opportunity to get broad exposure across to a global business as well as to the entire fixed income estate.
  

Qualifications

Requirements

• A track record of managing and coordinating program or project delivery. Ideally some experience managing multiple programs or multiple streams of delivery.
• Experience with budgeting, governance and program reporting.
• This role will require coordination with a broad group of stakeholders so strong communication skills and a willingness to challenge and debate is a must.
• While the role does not require any technical skills, an avid interest in technology will certainly be an advantage.
• No prior exposure to fixed income is required.
