Roles and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Annual/Monthly Budget
  • Responsible of procurement strategy for Procurement and establishing methods to achieve targets and resource planning
  • Responsible for wide spectrum of tasks including purchasing activities like finding & analysing best possible sources, obtaining quotations, cost analysis, negotiation, price finalization, releasing Purchase Order, completion of supply chain -in-ward logistics
  • Inventory Management -basis of MBQ level fixed (time to time) to meet routine processes & continuous supply at optimum costs
  • Monitoring on time delivery of material based on delivery schedule as per PO Order and meeting quality specifications
  • Responsible for purchase orders to procurement schedule in line with complete documentation from suppliers along with bills and necessary test certificates
  • Vendor Development with cost effective for procurement with an aim of reducing cost while improving quality & reliability
  • Managing vendors Contracts/Agreements with updated price lists, lead time, payment terms etc.
  • Responsible for stock audit and variance analysis and submit report
  • Responsible for evaluating Vendor Performance based on service/product Quality/Pricing part
  • Developing & Implementing SoPs, systems, procedures
  • Team Management/Training & adherence of code of conduct
