Roles and Responsibilities

Preparation of Annual/Monthly Budget
Responsible of procurement strategy for Procurement and establishing methods to achieve targets and resource planning
Responsible for wide spectrum of tasks including purchasing activities like finding & analysing best possible sources, obtaining quotations, cost analysis, negotiation, price finalization, releasing Purchase Order, completion of supply chain -in-ward logistics
Inventory Management -basis of MBQ level fixed (time to time) to meet routine processes & continuous supply at optimum costs
Monitoring on time delivery of material based on delivery schedule as per PO Order and meeting quality specifications
Responsible for purchase orders to procurement schedule in line with complete documentation from suppliers along with bills and necessary test certificates
Vendor Development with cost effective for procurement with an aim of reducing cost while improving quality & reliability
Managing vendors Contracts/Agreements with updated price lists, lead time, payment terms etc.
Responsible for stock audit and variance analysis and submit report
Responsible for evaluating Vendor Performance based on service/product Quality/Pricing part
Developing & Implementing SoPs, systems, procedures
Team Management/Training & adherence of code of conduct
