Roles and Responsibilities

10-15 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle for Manual and Automation testing.
Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant technical discipline.
Sound knowledge in Testing Methodologies, Testing & defect Life cycles, Experience in preparing a road map plan for QA functions and features, Test Strategy, Test Plans.
Experience with system and regression testing.
Experience testing Salesforce platform is preferred.
General Salesforce administration experience is preferred.
Perform pre-release testing with QA & Development Leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

Participating in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
Experience working in Product and delivery Agile scrum teams.
Contributing to and reviewing user stories, requirements, and design documents for new features.
Convert business requirements from Project Manager into testing needs and manage all testing activities.
Responsible for entire SDLC of Testing activities and coordinating all test activities within the Product.
Experience in managing Manual and Automation test team.
Manage entire testing activities from start to finish.
Experience in business analysis, Project Management or Test Cases documentation required.
Strong Communication and Project Coordination skills.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple Product Releases in various stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Experience with Defect Management processes, resolving the defect issues and Manage Delivery.
Provide input to the Release Plans and forecast for New Scope to the team.
Having knowledge or worked in Salesforce Cloud Applications testing is an advantage.
Knowledge in Automation tools and management is also added advantage.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or any Testing certification will be preferred.
Ability to lead and work as part of a team with good work ethics.
Strong communication skills are required (oral and written).
