The Golden Rise is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter specialist (Fresher Only) to join our dynamic team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, attracting, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to select and make job offers to successful candidates
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or fresher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
