Kalp Solutions is one of the leading HR Consultancy firm, headquartered at New Delhi. We are currently hiring for Team Leader Recruiter for our Karnal office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the team of recruiters
  • Be a good Shepheard and achieve assigned team’s monthly target
  • Self sourcing on premium clients’ openings
  • Maintaining team trackers
  • Handling clients

Qualifications

  • Good command over English on both written and verbal
  • Comfortable to work from office
  • Should have result driven mindset
  • Should be a team player
  • Experience 1 years as team leader in recruitment or 2 years as senior executive recruitment

Salary: UPTO 30K pm
