Job Description :

  • Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist
  • Good team handling experience is mandate (Min 5 Years)
  • Responsible for partnering with Customer / delivery units to understand the demands & prepare the plan of action for fulfilment
  • End to end responsibilities towards timely fulfilment without any billing loss
  • Looking resources only with experience into IT technologies only
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
  • Participate in the recruitment Weekday & Weekend activities
  • Exposure towards report generation / leadership meetings / customer escalations
  • Manage the Background Verification Process of the candidates for a smooth Onboarding Process
  • Ready for Travel.
