Position :Recruitment Specialist

Experience : 0 to 4 Years

Levels : Operation Executive, Consultant, Sr. Consultant & Team Leader

Work Locaion : Chennai- Neelangarai (ECR) - Hybrid.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the sourcing and validation based on the profiling parameters and short-list resumes based on specific criteria, skills, qualifications and relevant experience.
  • Schedule Interviews & drives or line-up and focus on closure.
  • Manage candidate offers which includes offer facilitation, offer negotiation with the candidate and complete administration by constant follow-up till the candidate joins the organization

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA with excellent people management.
  • Excellent communication Skills in English, verbal and written.
