Company Description
SATYA Micro Housing Finance Private Ltd is a Housing Finance Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India serving the housing finance needs of self-employed, low and middle-income families from semi-urban and rural areas of India. Our mission is to serve as a medium to fulfill the dream of owning a house for the under-served segment of society.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role of Relationship Manager located in Gorakhpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling housing loans and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will be required to visit potential customers and assess loan applications. Some remote work is allowed.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management in the Banking or Financial Services sector
  • Strong sales and relationship building skills
  • Deep knowledge of financial products, especially Housing Loans
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and ensure total customer satisfaction
  • The determination to meet individual sales targets and work towards the betterment of the organization
  • Fluency in the local language and English
