Relay Service Engineer

You will be working as Relay Service Engineer, reporting to Service Coordinator for Electrification business area, Services division based in Vadodara, India. You will be responsible for ensuring service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers.

Your responsibilities

• Handling various configuration tool like PCM 600, CAP500 for ABB make numerical relays
• Executing the assigned project job on time with right quality and with utmost customer satisfaction
• Independently handling of project / customer sites with smooth co-ordination among all stake holders
• Execution handling of Medium and Low Voltage power distribution projects (Erection, Testing and Commissioning activities of ABB make Numerical Relays)
• Keeping proper project execution documentation. Collecting job certifications from customer and project closure documentation activities
• Managing and coordinating sub-vendors and service partners at site for smooth job execution

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in handling customer site for ABB Make Numerical relays for service site execution
• Experience in handling medium voltage switchgears up to 36KV is must
• ABB Switchgear and Relay knowledge is desirable
• Should be flexible to travel as per the work allocation for testing and commissioning of ABB make Numerical relays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
