1.WorkExperienceRequired

  • Technical Sales background or Technical telephone support background
  • 2+ years’ experience in selling contract support agreements/services for software applications would be an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and track information accurately
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM Systems, Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an asset but not mandatory. (Japanese, Thai, Chinese or any other language from South East Asia)
  • Good understanding and operational experience to drive a Software Renewal process from start to finish with limited supervision

3.LanguageRequirements

  • Language capabilities at an advanced level for the designated region assigned

1.EducationRequired

  • Educated to a minimum of University Degree level or equivalent (preferred Chemical or Electrical Engineering - would be a plus but not mandatory_
  • Postgraduate Business Qualification is advantageous
