Job Description

Responsible for:
  • Coordinating with crews and subcontractors to perform quality work across Southern NH and Northern MA area
  • Make sure jobs are on-time and on-budget
  • Help hire, train/develop and manage field personnel
  • Schedule and conduct reviews
  • Coordinate training for field personal
  • Build and maintain the production schedule, pre-construction planning, oversee the ordering and delivery of materials
  • Act as primary communicator with customers, keeping the customer happy through communication, staying on budget, and staying on schedule

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:
  • 5 years of Residential Remodelling/Construction experience
  • 3 years of Project Management experience
  • AA Degree preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate skills with Project Management Software platforms
  • Ability to handle any kind of project
  • Ability to meet deadlines
