The Sales Director is responsible for leading the development, maintenance and advancement of client relationships through sales strategies and client contacts— resulting in new contracts and added value for our clients in their nominated Market Sector. They consistently advocate and adhere to business development process and procurement integrity guidelines, providing overall business development management for the Indian domestic market activities within their assigned market sectors. Other Accountabilities include Strategic, People, Operational and Financial

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meeting the annual sales plan for India Domestic market business as measured in new Gross Margin sold.
  • Achieving the Sales efficiency targets of GM sold against money invested.
  • Meeting the annual sales plan for India Domestic market as measured by book to burn ratio. This is the amount of new Gross Margin sold per year converted into earned work delivered that same year (measure in hours booked against projects).

Here’s What You’ll Need:


Qualification Box

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
