We are looking for candidates interested in field sale on Life Insurance product (Agency Vertical) who can join us immediately for the role of Agency Development Manager.Responsibility
  • It is a team Handling role. Building your own team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.
  • Continuously train motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales. This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY + INCENTIVES.
  • Advisors can get commission on their sales.
  • If your Performance is good, you will get Fasttrack promotion + Incentives+ manager role.
  • 100% Field work No leads will be Given by Company.
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Field sales should be able to build his own team.
Requirements
  • Any Graduate
  • Min 1.5 to 3 years experience in field/marketing/sales
  • CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Great Network abilities.
