Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager at Tostem, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Tostem products. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Tostem products

2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

3. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and digital content

4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization

5. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives

6. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities

7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers

Qualifications and Skills

1. Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Aluminum industry

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

8. Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Location: - Hisar, Jammu & Kashmir, Bathinda, Patiala, Srinagar

Job Types: - Permanent, Full-time

Salary: - Salary no Bar for deserving candidate and TA/DA Extra
