Job Summary:

The person should be highly capable of achieving the company’s territorial sales targets and maintaining a good relationship with the existing customers in their own territory by giving proper technical support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Go to the CRM daily and monitor the Deals Ownership assigned to them by the Sales Director/Coordinator. Update and Report their Deal Status to the Sales-Director on a daily evening.
  • Follow up with all the Deals to push forward to the next progressive stage by educating them clearly with the Sales Visit, Demo’s, Quotations, and convert them into sales orders.
  • Generate new potential leads from Universe of Prospect by Networking with the Customers or Local Agents/Dealers and Push them into the Deal Stage.
  • Get complete technical and commercial knowledge about the product and constantly learn on a daily basis to improve his skills related to the Sales, Marketing and Product.
  • Participate in Networking Forums, Exhibitions and Group Activities to generate new leads with active networking.

Skills Required:

  • Should be Graduate and have good sales and marketing skill.
  • Should have minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Sales Field with Effective Sales Team management.
  • Should have good interpersonal skills to easily engage with the new leads/customers and maintain good relationships.
  • Should be a Constant learner and open to learning new things in Sales, Marketing and Product Technicalities.
  • Should have Good Communication Skills in English and their own Territorial language.
  • Should be Humble, Patient and Polite in dealing with customers.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
