Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, creating, and meeting Annual sales budgets/targets of Survey Division.
  • Managing Sales and Marketing of Survey Equipment & services.
  • Ensure provision of timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while maintaining maximum profit margin.
  • Prepare yearly forecasts, strategy and vision for the department. Prepare department business plan, budget and control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly sales analysis reports and updates to sales & management team/ principles.
  • Responsible for conducting market analysis and project feasibility.
  • Client account management and development, including educating clients on the new products and developments.
  • Survey Equipment business development and keep track of business and clients and market news.
  • Expand the business portfolio by adding complimentary products / principals and identifying new market.
  • Identify local market requirements in the related field and introduce new services and products that suit the market needs thus developing the activity areas.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances as well as identify suitable new business opportunities
  • Define, agree and maintain full-scale project plans and cost and schedule baselines that meet project contractual requirements
  • Manage rental jobs from the quote to delivery till return and keep track of assets.
  • Keeping an eye on the rental assets and identifying requirements to utilize the Capex properly to gain maximum results from the market.
  • Support Management to prepare the Capex and spending properly.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • BE/B Tech in Electronics/Marine Engineering.
  • Min 10 years of experience in service, sales, and marketing of Hydrographic Survey.
  • Good knowledge of hydrographic survey related equipment.
  • Self-motivated and dynamic individual.
  • Possess good Customer Service & Communication skills.
  • Analytical and managerial skills.
  • Leadership and team development.
  • Market intelligence gained from the knowledge on the current market conditions on Survey & marine equipment/ ROV rental sales.
  • Conversant with MS office tools like M.S Word, M.S Excel, and M.S Power point, ERP System etc.
