The integrated development comprises of a retail hub, high-end club, recreational and lifestyle facilities, banquet halls and a revolving restaurant.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Ascot Estate (Manesar) Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Marketing Manager will be expected to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for the company. They will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, as well as identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. The Sales Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Hindi
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry with experience in luxury residential sales preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
