工作内容
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure proper execution of plans.
2. Creating and organizing promotions and advertising campaign.
3. Managing the educational materials for training employee.
4. Managing layout plans of store and maintain inventory of product.
5. Gathering information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products.
Skills and qualifications:
1. Degree in business, marketing, retail or related field may be preferred.
2. Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
3. Strong organizational and decision making skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
6. Commercial awareness.
7. Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
