Role Description

This full-time, hybrid Sales Specialist role for Rubsun Polymers LLP located in Palwal, involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying potential customers, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, increasing sales and profitability, sales training, monitoring the market trends, and providing feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Communication skills- excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Customer service skills- must possess exceptional customer service skills
  • Sales skills- experience in sales, creating sales plans, and achieving business targets is necessary
  • Training skills- ability to conduct sales training sessions for current and new employees is preferred
  • Sales Management skills- experience in leading sales teams, performance tracking, forecasting and budgeting is preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Flexibility to work remotely and travel when required
