Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for SAP CRM technology solutions
Provide hands on technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role
Write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise
Analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions
Responsible for testing and documenting the SAP software technical solutions
Onsite - Offshore model delivery experience on both implementation and SLA based support projects
Experience of having worked with Indian customers is a plus

Qualifications

University Degree
4 + years SAP CRM 7.0 + experience [EP1, EP2], at least 1 end to end projects done
Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM
Experience researching, evaluating, and implementing existing applications and/or customized solutions for internal or client-facing projects
Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
Ready to work for Global customers
Be flexible on work timings as the project is US project.
Excellent written and verbal communication
