Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure routine safety compliance
- To ensure work permits compliance
- To ensure daily safety talk
- Plant safety round
- SAP PR for safety material procurement
- To ensure Contractor’s safety compliance
- To ensure compliance of emergency drills to evaluate readiness emergency preparedness
- IMS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) compliance, TQM related activities
- To ensure compliance of fire related hardwares
- To ensure PPE quality/standard
- To support other functions to PPE availability
- To ensure expenditure against budgted amount
To ensure safety trainings
- Company employee trainings
- Contractor’s trainings
- Visitor’s training
Legal
- To ensure compliance of legal requirements
- To ensure compliance of points received in government bodies notices
To ensure OHC operations
- Training to OHC staff
- To ensure resource availability for OHC
- Manpower scheduling to manage OHC operations
To ensure UPL system compliance
- Incident investigation and reporting system
- Contractor Management System
- Employee engagement initiatives like SSRP, KBSG, WAH, ERT competition
- Emergency preparedness and response system
- Training and performance system compliance
- BBSMS
- Management reports MIS, Weekly report etc.
