Company Description

Continental Surface Solutions India plant manufactures premium surface materials for both passenger cars and 2-wheelers. The products include Acella Eco and Acella Lux materials, which add aesthetic value to vehicle interiors. Today, the plant supplies to all the major OEMs in the country and plans to service the ASEAN region in future too.

Job Description
  • Coordinating day-to-day accounting activities.
  • Support in concluding financial audits and preparing financial statements as per Indian GAAP.
  • Monitoring the filing of tax returns (income tax and GST)
  • Ensuring completeness of accounts in finalizing before monthly closure
  • Ensuring GL reconciliation and initiate follow up action
  • Monitoring the Preparation of data for legal cases under different laws
  • Providing guidance on accounting and financial reporting practices
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and patterns
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Initiate and coordinate cross functional communication for setting up the cross functional process
  • Monitor, review and manage monthly vendor payments
  • Liaising with bank for all the treasury transactions and ensure bank reconciliation on daily basis
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations on FX transaction and settlement
  • Liaising with consultant and shareholders for arranging the BOD meeting and AGM
  • Ensuring regular filing of all the compliance under Companies Act after close liaising with consultant
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies & guidelines (House of Rules)

Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant
  • Minimum 5-7 year’s working experience with a Company
  • Must have detailed knowledge to SAP FI/AA module
  • Advance level knowledge in excel
  • Expert in Maintaining Books of accounts & finalization as Per Indian Law and IFRS
  • Comfortable of working to tight deadlines
  • Cross-functional experience e.g. in production, supply chain, quality or CBS preferred
  • Experience in working with international teams on finance & Controlling topics
  • Good written & oral communication skill in Hindi, Marathi & English
  • High initiative and orientation towards delivering results
  • Clear and open communication and good teamwork
