Overview

Elevate is recruiting a Senior Associate People,to ensure smooth running of the People function in Gurgaon and also contribute in our global initiatives. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Your duties will involve managing activities such as employee relations, performance management, and talent management.


Responsibilities & Qualifications


Specifically, you will

  • Manage Associate Services and Counseling, manage associate relations issues, exit interviews, performance management cycle and Associate Engagement activities
  • Partner with management to communicate policies, procedures and best practices
  • Recommend Associate relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
  • Manage Onboarding, Provide Onboarding support to new hires.
  • Responsible for Training and Development, assists with the execution of the performance management system that includes performance development plans and Associate
  • Manage Development programs. On-board new Associates by conducting the Elevate induction and orientation, managing our Buddy Program for new hires, and additional training as needed
  • Manage Employee engagement, including Implementation and organizing employment engagement activities.
  • Manage Compliance and Reporting, generate various HR reports for the monthly dashboard, etc.
  • Manage Payroll & Benefits Management, manage the monthly payroll by coordinating with our service provider and benefits administration.
  • Assist with strategic projects as needed.
  • Manage our highly detailed employee onboarding program for new joiners across all global locations.
  • Schedule and assign relevant training programs for all employees based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Manage Compensation Management, you will assist with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems. Provide market research and prepares pay studies to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain high performers
  • Maintain accurate learner data on a real-time basis on our learning platforms.
  • Manage all L&D email traffic, i.e., respond to questions and comments from our employees, either by drawing from your own knowledge, or by working with relevant stakeholders to get the responses you need.
  • Support our trainer’s production of training materials.
  • Document and maintain L&D processes and procedures.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources positions for global organizations
  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
