Job description
Industrial gearbox - Applications know how
Study of application requirements and customer’s specifications
Customer interaction for inquiries and gearbox selection
Design calculations for gearbox as per ISO, DIN, AGMA
Hands on experience on Kisssoft for gears, shafts, splines calculations
Detailed engineering of gearbox - ratio breakup, ratings check, shafts & bearings selection, thermal rating check
Drawing & Bill of Materials - Creation / Checking
Knowledge on gears materials, manufacturing, heat treatments, assembly & testing
Development of new custom nuilt gearbox, reverse engineering
Engineering analysis and problem solving
