Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities across multiple HR areas for a medium sized/and or mid-level employee population. Works in a fairly clear and defined internal environment of low to medium level complexity and is involved in fairly common tactical local HR issues and processes.Manpower planning and tracking against requisition
Manage Talent acquisition
Ensure correct Hiring Process is implemented at Plant level as per Hiring Policy
Taking care of Onboarding & Induction
Create people plans to address business challenges.
Understand status of business metrics by meeting various stakeholders
Create training and development plans for key capability gaps and deliver programs
Manage Performance Management Process across levels looking at timelines and quality
Create and implement Employee engagement & communication frameworks.
Accountable for preparing site engagement plan, budgeting and ensure to execute all activities at site.
Developing and delivering the organization’s internal communication strategy, planning, and
calendar of activity to increase levels of employee engagement.
Manage Reward & Recognition programs.
Manage Employee Relations, discipline & handle employee grievances.
Create & manage Employee Communication channels.
Exit interviews
DEI strategy formation and implementation
Knowledge of work day
Knowledge of succession planning and talent review processes
Capability development with ROI
