What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
We are seeking Dotnet Developers to join the Mobile Content Management (MCM) team. MCM solution helps an organization address the challenge of securely deploying content to a wide variety of devices, leverage the Workspace One console to create, sync or enable a Content repository like SharePoint, NFS, SharePoint365, Google Drive etc. Once configured, users are able to access their corporate content on their mobile devices via the Workspace One Content mobile applications.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

• You will need to produce software design and execute them for new use cases for various platform business.
• You will need to produce design to scale the current system.
• You will be regularly evaluated on the quality of the product you create and the code you write to ensure continued advancement of your technical skills in an environment that looks to expand them.
• You will also demonstrate technical expertise and leadership.
• You will have to collaboratively work across other teams.

What type of work will I be doing? What assignments or requirements* will I be performing on a regular basis? What are my deliverables?

• You will design software and write code in C#, (.net core, .netstandard, asp.net)
• MS SQL and asynchronous/multi-threaded programming
• You will implement and improve processes around DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD
• You will develop applications using micro-services, and other cloud design patterns
• You care and have strong RESTful API design, including API versioning, backwards compatibility, authentication and rate limiting.
• You will also contribute to the Front-end applications using AngularJS, TypeScript.
• You will also be mentoring other developer(s) in the team when it comes to various activities like design reviews, code reviews, etc.
• You will be working on developing server-side components used in macOS desktop endpoint management.
• Working experience in Java, or the interest to work in Java and other technologies, good to have.

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?
This role will be reporting to the Manager, Engineering. Our team’s focus is on challenging the status quo by innovating but at the same time getting stuff done. We believe in building trust amongst all our stakeholders and committing to
make our customers successful. The team is organized based on modules to define clear responsibility and accountability. At the same time teams are fluid enough to own up whatever is needed for the larger product to be successful.
