Job description


  • Provide study information, admission requirements and visa process.
  • Do profile assessment of interested students and give course option by shortlisting Universities matching their profile.
  • Communicate with target audience and manage the customer relationship.
  • Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channel of communication.
  • Guide students through resolving queries on quick and urgent basis.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating student database on regular basis.
  • Occasionally will need to travel to local schools and colleges for conducting workshops.Roles and Responsibilities
