Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Dimapur. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving sales growth across the region, and developing and maintaining relationships with key partners. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, and training and mentoring the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Sales management, performance management, and leadership skills
  • Experience in the Insurance or Financial industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and manage budgets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Regional language proficiency in addition to English is preferred
