Elevate is recruiting a Senior Software Developerto join our Salesforce technology team to play an integral role in supporting our service offerings to our technology partner and customer.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

• Design and implement systems in Salesforce to support automation of our CRM, CPQ, billing, sales, operations, and customer centric processes.
• Participate in storyboard and solution design sessions – recommend alternative approaches and best practices, define technical impact, and provide sizing estimates.
• Adhere to quality and technical specifications and best practices.
• Create and update Conga templated documents, pulling data from Salesforce.com and/or merge data from multiple systems.
• Automate the creation and sending of documents, using Conga batch and/or triggers.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, and formulas – participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems.
• Update code features and applications as business continues to evolve.
• Provide ample support for quality assurance and defect resolution.
• Keep and update documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
  
  

Experience

• 3 - 5 years of development and administration experience with at least 2 years in development and integration.
• Experience in Apttus/Conga contracts.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in creating Apex Classes, Apex Triggers and Visual force Pages, Integration, and development of Lightning Components.
• Experience in Data Migration using Import Wizard, Workbench, and other integration tools like Apex Data Loader.
• Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
• Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, and page layouts).
• Expertise in maintaining and creating workflows and approval processes within Salesforce.com.
• Experience in Designing of Reports, Dashboards and Analytic Snapshots.
• Good knowledge and understanding of web services, Apex Web services (SOAP/REST), and APIs for integration purposes.
• Knowledge of SQL Server database will be an additional asset.
• Assist with bulk imports and exports of data into Salesforce.com.
• Integrate AppExchange applications within Salesforce.com organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduation or post-graduation in computers.
• Salesforce developer, consultant and/or administrator certification will be an added advantage.
