he successful candidate will work to implement, maintain and support multiple cloud hosted application in commercial insurance domain deployed across UK and USA As a key member of the Cloud Managed Product Support team, you will work closely with Central Cloud Services team and Product Development groups and directly with clients to ensure the availability, security and reliability of the applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure compute, storage and networking infrastructure and an experience with the Azure based monitoring and alerting, logging, availability and security tools and offerings. Roles and Responsibilities include: • Environment monitoring as part of a team providing production support. Should have experience with Application Insight, Azure Monitor.

Experience in AKS monitoring and support will be a plus • Assisting clients with application management and deployment • Debug and provide L1 level support for the products developed using Angular, .Net, C#, and SQL Server, hosted on Azure VMs, Scale Set and AKS • Collaborating with Product Development, implementation and client teams to investigate and respond to incidents Experience • 3+ years’ experience in IT with cloud operations experience • Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud platform • Familiarity with the VM, Scale Sets, AKS and shell/bash scripts • Strong understanding of cloud applications, concepts and the storage, compute and networking components of Microsoft Azure • Experience with at least one programming or scripting language is a must • Knowledge of Angular will be considered an advantage • Good to have experience in supporting Production Environments • Working knowledge of SSL, Docker and cloud automated tools is preferred
