Job Description

  • Greeting customers and explaining the services that the dealership offers
  • Listening and documenting customers car problems and passing the information to the mechanics
  • Consulting with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives
  • Using knowledge of products and services to sell or provide information about parts and service options
  • Submitting work orders, ordering parts and collecting payment
  • Answering questions about service outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
