Your Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Act as primary point of accountability for IAM Tools operational matters towards the business and IT customers across locations, business domains, and/or geographical boundaries.Guarantee the delivery of day-to-day IAM operations across the whole IAM service portfolio in accordance with Service Level Agreements based on and aligned to IT / business requirements ensuring optimal resource efficiency.

  • Hold end-to-end service ownership accountability for the Identity Administration Services and Authentication Services portfolios. Collaborate back-to-back with IAM various teams and guarantee cross boundary awareness and control over releases and changes affecting IAM and IAM dependant services while securing none/minimized impact to daily operations.

  • Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively managing expectations, monitoring satisfaction levels and service adoption capturing demand for services in collaboration with Demand and Supply Manager.
  • Monitor, measure, report and review performance of services in close collaboration with Service Performance Management ensuring all requirements are documented through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure SLAs are met
  • Create and maintain portfolio plan and delivery schedule for all new and enhanced capabilities, functionality, products and services ensuring proper implementation of global standards, policies and systems platforms.
  • Manage the lifecycle of incidents and minimize their adverse impact on business operations ensure continuous improvement, rationalization and management of existing systems and operations. Develop standards and best practices to deliver services in close collaboration with IAM Service Assurance.
  • Ensure external partners support system operations / development / integration efficiently and effectively ensuring reliability, competence, flexibility and cost effectiveness.

Minimum requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Industry, 10+ years of working experience in Identity and Access Management domain; 3+ years of IAM project experience
  • Strong knowledge on the following products ,Oracle Identity Management 12c, Oracle SOA Suite
Oracle WebLogic Server 12c ,Oracle HTTP Server 12c, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c
  • Additional Knowledge as a plus : SAS , PKI , IAM onboarding process.
  • ServiceNow- Solid background and experience in Service Delivery, Service Management (ITIL / ITSM), Service Operations and overall end-to-end Service Ownership.
  • Solid background in Information Management, IT Security and Risk Management.
  • Experience in GxP, SOX, HIPAA and other regulations affecting pharma industry
