  • All of Dev related inputs without CMDB
  • Experience Architecting ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Experience in configure CSM agent workspace.
  • Experience with end user/agent portal in CSM
  • Experience in integrating customer service with other applications.
  • Experience in set up the additional plugins, set up the customer information, set up the case management features and set up the communication channels.
  • Certification CIS-Customer Service Management (CSM)

Candidate should have worked/certified in Customer Service Management (CSM).
