The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Primary Skills:
5-8 years of experience in ITSM Based ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

Worked in bid and pre-sales environments with experience of large scale ServiceNow bids

ServiceNow accreditations and certifications advantageous

Experience in supporting a sales team to win new business in new and existing accounts

Strong knowledge and understanding of the ServiceNow platform

ServiceNow Implementation and/or consulting experience

Ability to actively listen to customer requirements and provide a solution to address the customer’s business issue

Demonstrated ability for being proactive without being told what to do

Ability to prioritize tasks and be efficient to minimize wasted efforts

Proven ability to live up to commitments while maintaining the integrity and focus on details

Mastery of the Sales process and trusted advisor for account representative

Demonstrated ability to learn new technology

Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts

Demonstrated experience in supporting sales campaigns to customers

Extensive demonstration experience covering technical and value needs

English – must be fluent

Desirable Skills:
ServiceNow certifications like Admin, Implementation, and Development.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Client facing - determine their technical and business requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution

Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and remote meetings

Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s)

Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow

Assume responsibility of Interfacing with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Deliver

Ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge

Assist sales in the qualification of customer need through discovery

Participation across the sales lifecycle on acquiring strategic customers

Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners

Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects

Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents

Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV

Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.

Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events

Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors

Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.

In collaboration with Sales and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment.
