Technical Skill Requirements: SAP Hybris, HMC, HAC, Splunk, Hybris implementation and support, Cockpit and BackOffice Configuration, Client Interaction, CMS

Role & Responsibilities :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience with SAP Hybris tool including HMC, HAC and other relevant cockpits desirable.

- In-depth knowledge of Hybris platform and components.

- Hybris experience with implementation and support, Product and Content Management, (Master Data e.g. Product, SKU’s and Pricing, Categories, Product References).

- Knowledge on Hybris back office tools (Product and Content cockpit, Back Office, Smart Edit, HMC)

- Cockpit and BackOffice Configuration

- Hybris experience of Multi Country Scenario.

- Experience with Agile project methodology and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence.

- Minimum 1 end to end Hybris project experience.

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Splunk

- Knowledge of B2B and B2C Framework

- Ability to test end to end changes in Hybris

- Highly developed problem-solving skills

- Minimum 3- 4 years of client interaction experience.

- Monitor a site for accessibility and usability issues

- Update and edit Web pages in the Content Management System (CMS)

- Good to have someone with a fair knowledge on E commerce domain (Not Mandatory)
