Responsibilities: A Day in the Life
This is an interesting role involving both hands-on-nitty-gritty Dynamics 365 CRM focused finesse. We are seeking a true Technical Consultant level resource who has a strong background in systems engineering and an inherent ability to communicate and develop lasting relationships with clients
Qualifications: The Basics

• Total Years of Technical Experience: 3+
• Position Specific Experience: 3+
• Project/ Client Engagement/ Customer Facing Experience: 3+

Technical Aptitude*

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and customization, business process flows, plug-in development, custom workflows
• Should have done data migration using Dynamics CRM tools
• Experience in generating reports using SSRS
• Experience in embedding custom ASP.NET pages through web resources into CRM, using JavaScript, C# to integrate with CRM forms
• Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
• Developing SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL
• Estimating the completion of tasks and managing resource time
• Ensuring consistent release management, change management and project approval processes
• Support of the application including fixing application issues
