About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Solar Bussing Technicians to join our growing team in Shabad! As a Solar Bussing Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly of solar panels by ensuring the proper electrical connections between solar cells. This is a critical step in the solar panel manufacturing process, and your attention to detail and quality will be essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and weld solar cell strings using a solar bussing machine.
  • Ensure all connections meet strict quality and safety standards.
  • Perform visual inspections and conduct electrical tests to verify proper functionality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • May assist with other tasks related to solar panel production as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in solar panel manufacturing or a related field.
  • Proven experience operating a solar bussing machine.
  • Strong understanding of electrical wiring principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
