Adecco India is Hiring for the Role of Sr Delivery Consultant,

Experience : 4+ years of experience into Recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities :

Regular engagement with the candidates and coaches / trainers
Lead generation for candidates
Co-ordination activities, scheduling meetings,
Conducting system demo for candidates
Handling candidate / trainer escalations
Profiling of Transition candidates
Handling end to end activities for CT
Updating & Maintenance of trackers, MIS & reports
Research in different industry sector, Good understanding of trends in each industry
Research on companies in each industry and build database. Research on compensation of various roles / levels / industry
Identify the HR connect / Hiring manager in the companies and maintain and update the data repository
Continuously build and maintain connect with the identified client companies.
Good understanding of the various roles and skills required in each sector.
Consultants / Search consultants list sector wise and location wise to be maintained and updated regularly.
Managing Invoicing of resume partners, coaches, client
Ensuring allocation of coaches & scheduling of coaching sessions
